About me

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

— Peter Drucker

My passion is to help people envision their future state and work toward it with clarity, courage, and conviction. Whether I’m coaching a first-time founder, or C-suite leader, facilitating a team or strategy offsite, or designing a leadership program for global executives, I meet people where they are and help them take purposeful steps forward.

I have worked across many industries, geographies, and growth stages, with a consistent through-line: helping leaders become more aligned with themselves, their teams, and their aspirations. The approach I take is pragmatic — anchored in the realities and always centered on supporting human potential and growth. My role as a thought partner and accountability ally is to ask thought provoking questions, hold space for nuance, and help turn insight into decisive and meaningful action.

Background and Experience

My experience spans several decades working in international human capital consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, team building, facilitation, talent management and startup advisory. This work has included organizations of all sizes and industries—from VC-backed startups and PE portfolio companies to the Fortune 50—across private and public sectors, as well as leading global executive education institutions.

Having lived and worked in four countries and coached leaders from more than 85 nationalities, I bring a unique global perspective to my practice. I’ve been fortunate to work with organizations such as AstraZeneca, Axis Communications, Citi, Danone, Google, IKEA, Klarna, Ocean Conservancy, Platform24, Porsche, Takeda, Teradata, Termeer Institute, and Volvo, supporting leaders and teams as they strive to collaborate more effectively, clarify strategy, and adapt to change.

Working with executive and leadership teams to become high-functioning, effective, and innovative is one of my signature strengths and passions. I’m a dynamic and engaged facilitator and coach who enjoys working closely with clients to build trust, improve communication and collaboration, define strategies and goals, increase engagement, and achieve results.

I’m committed to helping clients reach a positive outcome through a pragmatic and structured approach—one that drives insight, action and supports people to make changes and create lasting impact. I’ve worked with several management teams in both corporate and startup environments as they’ve tackled strategic issues, entered new markets, driven innovation, managed rapid growth, and scaled operations.

I hold a PCC designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed my initial coach training with the NeuroLeadership Institute. Assessments that I am certified and well versed in include Predictive Index, MBTI Step II, Hogan, StrengthsFinder, DISC and TKI.

I partner with clients to design and deliver 360-feedback processes that generate meaningful insights and drive leadership growth. My approach includes conducting bespoke stakeholder interviews to uncover nuanced perspectives and actionable themes that inform development and enhance organizational effectiveness. In addition, I work with a wide range of 360-feedback assessments and am certified in the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI).

My academic and corporate leadership program design experience reflects a deep understanding of adult learning. While living in Switzerland, I served as an executive coach for IMD’s Global MBA program and developed business cases and course content for executive education. I have also partnered with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Singapore Management University, and HEC Paris. In Sweden, I co-created the LeadershipLive course for the Executive MBA program at the Stockholm School of Economics, where I continue to serve as a Senior Coach and Faculty Member.

Currently, I partner with Harvard Business School’s Blavatnik Fellowship in Life Sciences, providing leadership development and coaching to global entrepreneurs and first-time CEOs, and with MIT Sloan School of Management, where I coach in the MBA, EMBA and Executive Education programs and mentor founders in the $100K Entrepreneurship Competition.

Earlier in my career, I was an executive search consultant with Korn Ferry International in San Francisco, where I conducted C-suite searches for the Venture Capital, Advanced Technology, and Professional Services practices. I’ve worked for two start-ups in fintech and enterprise software and went on to serve as Senior Advisor on Human Capital to the Assistant Secretary/Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Department of State under Secretary Colin Powell.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running marathons, visiting art museums, hiking, practicing yoga, and angel investing. I’m a first-generation American and a dual French and UK national.
